We are here to make your experience with LLM smooth and worry-free. If you need assistance with a return, our Customer Support Team is ready to help.
At LLM, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you received does not match our specifications or has any manufacturing defects, we offer returns within a 5-day window. Please review our Return Policies in full before requesting a refund.
Eligibility Period
You can return any product within five days of receiving it, in case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
Refund Type
Refunds will be provided as Store Vouchers equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it's in its original condition, the store voucher will be emailed to you within 5 working days. These vouchers are valid for 365 days and can be used for any purchase on our website.
Note: As per our policy, refunds are only processed as Store Vouchers. Cash refunds are not available.

Used products are not eligible for return. Please ensure items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging condition.

FAQ's – LLM Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted under the following conditions: You’re not satisfied with the product for any of the following reasons and the product remains unused and in its original condition:
- Manufacturing defect or transit damage.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- One or more items were missing from the box.
Contact the customer support team with supporting photos/videos and they will assist you with the return pickup.
Once we receive the product in our warehouse and confirm the specific damages, we will initiate shipment of a replacement product within 5–7 working days.
Once your replacement request is confirmed, our LLM Customer Support Executive will send you an email with detailed instructions. The replacement process begins only after we receive the original item back in its original condition.
No, returns are only accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
