Order Booking Confirmation:
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message via your registered Email and Whatsapp.
- If you do not receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp, please reach out to Customer Support to verify that your order has been successfully placed.
For Domestic Orders
- Dispatch Time: All orders will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Note: For pre-orders during Product Launch, the dispatch start date will be specified on the respective product page, and these orders will be shipped in batches within 7 working days from the specified date.
- Shipping Time: Delivery time varies based on the location, ranging from 3 to 10 days from dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India.
- Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/ SMS/ Whatsapp. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

For International Orders
- Dispatch Time: Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Note: For pre-orders during Product Launch, the dispatch start date will be specified on the respective product page, and these orders will be shipped in batches within 7 working days from the specified date.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times for international orders may vary and are subject to customs clearance, import regulations, and other factors. Typically, shipping will be completed within 45 days from the dispatch date.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
- Customs and Duties: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or clearance procedures.
