Shipping Policy
Order Booking Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message via your registered Email and WhatsApp.
If you do not receive a confirmation message, please reach out to Customer Support.
For Domestic Orders
- Dispatch Time: All orders will be dispatched within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Pre-orders: Dispatch dates for pre-orders will be specified on the product page and shipped in batches within 7 working days.
- Shipping Time: 3–10 days from dispatch depending on location.
- Shipping Charges: FREE SHIPPING within India.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Delivery Issues: Contact Customer Support if not received within the expected timeframe.
For International Orders
- Dispatch Time: Within 7 business days from order confirmation.
- Pre-orders: Shipped in batches within 7 working days of specified launch date.
- Shipping Time: Up to 45 days from dispatch, subject to customs and import processes.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and method.
- Customs: All duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility.
- Tracking: Provided once dispatched. Contact support for help.

Shipping times may be delayed during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen events. Thank you for your patience.
LLM Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within a 5-day window for manufacturing defects or transit damages.
Eligibility Period
Products may be returned within five days of receipt if damaged or defective.
Refund Type
Refunds are issued as Store Vouchers valid for 365 days. No cash refunds are provided.
Vouchers are issued within 5 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Used, damaged, or unboxed items are not eligible.
